On August 30, 2011, we announced we will present at the Barclays Capital CEO Energy Conference on Wednesday, September 7, 2011, in New York City, at 9:45 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (8:45 a.m. Central Daylight Time).  A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
 
John W. Gibson, chairman, president and chief executive officer of ONEOK, Inc., will present.
 
The presentation will be webcast and will be accessible on ONEOK’s website www.oneok.com.  A replay of the webcast will be archived for 30 days after the conference.
 
We will also post the presentation on our website that morning, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (7:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time).
