Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 20, 2017, Walker & Dunlop, LLC (the operating subsidiary of Walker & Dunlop, Inc. (the Company)) closed a portfolio of Freddie Mac loans totaling $1.9 billion in connection with Greystar Growth and Income Fund, LPs acquisition of Monogram Residential Trust. To assist investors, the Company is disclosing that this transaction will contribute approximately $0.10 to $0.15 to diluted earnings per share in the third quarter of 2017.
