Item 7.01 Regulation of FD Disclosure.

On June 2, 2009, CrowdGather, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release to announce the conversion of a provisional patent with a priority date of May, 2008 into a utility patent titled “Systems and Methods for Syndicating Content to, and Mining Content from, Internet Based Forums”. A copy of the release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.

The Registrant is furnishing the information in Exhibit 99.1 to comply with Regulation FD.
