Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (the “Company”) noted an article in the March 22, 2013, issue of The New York Times discussing Lockheed Martin's intent to upgrade to commercial scale the quantum computer it purchased from D-Wave Systems, Inc. (“D-Wave”). The Company has an investment in privately-held D-Wave.

 

The Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
