Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition, Declaration of Dividends
On April 17, 2008, Brookline Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its earnings for the 2008 first quarter and approval by its Board of Directors of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.085 per share payable May 15, 2008 to stockholders of record on April 30, 2008.
