EXPLANATORY NOTE:
This report on Form 6-K shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference in
the prospectus, dated April 19, 2000, of G. Willi-Food International Ltd.
("Registrant") included in Registrant's Registration Statement on Form F-3 (File
No. 333-11848), and to be a part thereof from the date on which this report is
filed, to the extent not superseded by documents or reports subsequently filed
with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Registrant expects to report an approximately 15% revenue decline for
the second quarter of 2005 compared to the second quarter of 2004 and an
approximately 12% revenue decline for the six months ended June 30, 2005
compared to the same period in 2004.
The expected decline in the Registrant's revenue is, among other things, a
result of the Registrant's decision to reduce or eliminate sales to certain
customers following a review of the credit-worthiness of such customers.
The Registrant expects to publish its financial results for the second
quarter of 2005 and the six months ended June 30, 2005 in late August 2005.
