The Company announced that at a Special General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 20, 2014 the following resolution was approved by the shareholders by the requisite majority:
 
To approve amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association and its Memorandum of Association to enable the Company to engage in any lawful activity.
