As more fully described in the press release issued by the registrant on September 16, 2004, attached here as Exhibit 99.01 and incorporated by reference herein, the registrant announced that it expects that its net losses resulting from both Hurricanes Charley and Frances combined will be less than $10 million after-tax. The registrant had previously disclosed that its net losses from Hurricane Charley alone would be less than $5 million after-tax.
