On April 22, 2007, Greater Bay Bancorp (the “Company”) and its trust subsidiary, GBB Capital VII (the “Trust”), completed the redemption of all of the Trust’s Floating Rate MMCapSSM Capital Securities. As part of the redemption, the Company also redeemed its Floating Rate Junior Subordinated Debt Securities due April 22, 2032 (the “Debt Securities”), issued to the Trust. The total redemption price paid by the Company to redeem the Debt Securities was $ 5,391,881.87.
