On October 9, 2009, Realogy Corporation (the “Company”) closed on the previously announced $135 million aggregate principal amount delayed draw portion of second lien incremental term loans, which increases the aggregate principal amount of second lien incremental term loans issued under the incremental loan (accordion) feature of its existing senior credit facility to $650 million.
