Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

CoreLogic, Inc. (the “Company”) announced today that Anthony S. Piszel, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned as Chief Financial Officer effective February 10, 2011 and will be departing the Company on June 1, 2011.

The Company also announced that Michael A. Rasic, Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting, will remain at the Company through June 30, 2011 and will serve as principal financial officer pending the selection of a new Chief Financial Officer. The Company had previously reported that Mr. Rasic intended to leave the Company in April 2011.

A copy of the press release announcing the departure of Mr. Piszel is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
