On May 11, 2012, the Board of Directors of Manning & Napier, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share of Class A common stock, payable to holders of record as of July 16, 2012. The dividend will be paid on or about August 1, 2012.

A copy of the press release regarding the foregoing is filed as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
