Effective March 22, 2013, Ms. Linda Hill, Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, is no longer an employee of the Company. Effective immediately, J.P. Hannan, Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, has assumed the responsibilities of principal accounting officer for the Company.
