On September 3, 2014, Westinghouse Air Brake Technologies Corporation (“Wabtec”) completed the acquisition of C2CE, a leading provider of railway design services in Australia with locations in Perth, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Hong Kong. The press release announcing the acquisition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
