Mark A. Lovett provided notice of his resignation from his position as a director on the Board of Directors of Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) and any committees thereof, effective as of December 10, 2014. Mr. Lovett’s resignation did not result from a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operation, policies or practices. The Company intends to reduce the size of the Board of Directors to eliminate the vacancy created by the departure of Mr. Lovett.
