Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 29, 2016, Unitil Corporation (“Unitil” or “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing that its New Hampshire electric distribution utility, Unitil Energy Systems, Inc., filed a rate case with the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission requesting approval to change distribution rates for all customers. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
