In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil CVM Instruction no. 358/2002, CPFL ENERGIA S.A. (Company) informs to its shareholders and the market in general that, based on the resolutions adopted in the Extraordinary General Meetings of the following controlled companies: Companhia Leste Paulista de Energia, Companhia Sul Paulista de Energia, Companhia Luz e Força de Mococa, Companhia Jaguari de Geração de Energia, Companhia Jaguari de Energia and CPFL Serviços, Equipamentos, Indústria e Comércio S.A., that suspended for 60 (sixty) days the respective meetings for explanation purposes, the management of the Company cancels the call of its Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for December 10 2009 at 10:00 a.m..
