222nd MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CPFL Energia S.A. informs its shareholders and the market in general, that at the 222nd Meeting of the Board of Directors held on May 29, 2013 the following matters were resolved:
I. Approval: Nomination of the members of Advisory Commissions of CPFL Energia’s Board of Directors;
II. Approval: Authorization for establishment of Special Purpose Company ("SPC") (CPFL Energia);
III. Approval and Vote Recommendation: Amendment of Bylaws for prevision of Statutory Reserve and convening an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting (CPFL Energia, CPFL Paulista, CPFL Piratininga, RGE, CPFL Santa Cruz, CPFL Jaguari, CPFL Leste Paulista, CPFL Sul Paulista and CPFL Mococa); and
IV. Other matters unrelated to CVM Instruction 358/2002, as amended.
