233rd MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CPFL Energia S.A. informs its shareholders and the market in general, that at the 233rd Meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 18, 2013 the following matters were resolved:
I. Approval: Acknowledgement of CPFL Energia’s Fiscal Credits - CVM Instruction 371/2002;
II. Approval and Vote Recommendation: Addendum to agreement for the provision of audit services entered into with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (CPFL Energia, CPFL Paulista, CPFL Piratininga, RGE, CPFL Santa Cruz, CPFL Leste Paulista, CPFL Jaguari, CPFL Sul Paulista, CPFL Mococa, CPFL Geração and CPFL Brasil); and
III. Other matters unrelated to CVM Instruction 358/2002, as amended.
