The original trial court judgment entered in the 58th Judicial District Court, Jefferson County, Texas against Company subsidiaries in the case styled DARLETTA ROCHELLE JOHNSON, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BRAD F. JOHNSON, SR. DECEASED, AND AS NEXT FRIEND OF BRAD JOHNSON, JR., JERRELLE JOHNSON, AND AMETHYST JOHNSON, MINORS vs TRANSIT MIX CONCRETE & MATERIALS COMPANY AND TRINITY MATERIALS, INC., was reversed, and a take nothing judgment was rendered, by the Eleventh Court of Appeals, State of Texas.
