On September 19, 2007, Mrs. Tere Loubriel, Executive Vice President, Corporate Group Manager of People, Communications and Planning and member of the Corporate Leadership Circle announced to the Board of Directors her intention to retire effective March 16, 2008. Mr. Eduardo Negrón currently Senior Vice President and Corporate Legal Division Manager was selected by the Board to replace Mrs. Tere Loubriel on substantially all her responsibilities upon her retirement.
