Item 8.01. Other Events.
In the Form 8-K filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on June 27, 2008, Delek US Holdings, Inc. disclosed that it was conducting preliminary negotiations to purchase certain petroleum refining, retail, and wholesale marketing assets in the United States within the context of an exclusive negotiation period. The exclusive negotiation period expired at the end of July 2008, and negotiations between the parties have stopped.
