Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 1, 2019, Barfresh Food Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Barfresh”) issued a press release announcing its annual business 2018 update on business progress. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8K.
