2, 2007, Steven B. Wilson was appointed to the position of
treasurer of Berry Petroleum Company (Berry) and is no longer principal
accounting officer for Berry.

2, 2007, Shawn M. Canaday, 31, was apointed to the position of
controller and was named as the principal accounting officer of
Berry. Mr. Canaday had been treasurer since December
2004 and joined Berry as a senior financial analyst in 2003. Mr.
Canaday has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1998 in various finance
functions at Chevron and in public accounting. Mr. Canaday is a graduate
of California State University, Fresno.
