ITEM 8.01 Other Events
On October 4, 2005, Cordia Corporation (“Cordia”) issued a press release announcing that Cordia International Corp., its wholly-owned subsidiary has established a Point of Presence (POP) in Hong Kong as part of the company’s plan to deploy a global VoIP network. A copy of the press release is attached as exhibit 99.1.
