In a letter to Mr. George Kaiser, Chairman of BOK Financial Corporation ("BOKF") and Stanley Lybarger, President and Chief Executive Officer of BOKF, dated October 5, 2005, Mr. Steven E. Moore, a current director of BOKF, respectfully resigned from the board of directors of BOKF. Mr. Moore stated that other commitments were requiring him to adjust his priorities.
