In the Company's November 1, 2005 press release, the Company reported a net loss for the quarter ended September 29, 2005 of $1.5 million or $0.14 per diluted share, versus net income for the first quarter ended September 23, 2004 of $2.6 million, or $0.24 per diluted share.
