Ref: Update - Incident at the La Plata Industrial Complex
Dear Sirs:
The purpose of this letter is to comply with the requirements of Article 23 of Chapter VII of the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange Regulations.
In that connection, please be advised that YPF S.A. (“YPF”) estimates that it could take at least the next seven days to rehabilitate processes in the La Plata Refinery. This is the reason why YPF launched an emergency plan to ensure normal supply of service stations.
Preliminary studies established that the Coke A unit suffered high level damage, though the final assessment will be made once the specialists are able to address the necessary studies.
