Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 23, 2013, United Bancshares, Inc. issued an earnings release announcing its financial results for the quarter and six month period ended June 30, 2013. A copy of the earnings release (Exhibit 99.1) and unaudited financial information (Exhibit 99.2) are attached.
