On November 30, 2006, PSEG Fossil LLC, a subsidiary of PSEG Power LLC, announced that it has reached an agreement with state and federal regulators regarding emissions controls at its Hudson Generating Station. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K.
