Dollar Tree, Inc. (the "Company") is filing this amendment (“Amendment”) to the Company's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on May 11, 2012 (“Original Filing”) to correct the phone number for the Company’s conference call for investors and analysts to be held on May 17, 2012 that was included in Exhibit 99.1 of the Original Filing.
Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 10, 2012, Dollar Tree, Inc. issued a press release regarding the Company hosting its conference call for investors and analysts on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time) to discuss financial results for the first quarter ended April 28, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by this reference.
