CELLCOM ISRAEL SCHEDULES SECOND QUARTER 2014 RESULTS RELEASE FOR AUGUST 11, 2014

Netanya, Israel – July 24, 2014 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the "Company"), announced today that it will be releasing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014 on Monday, August 11, 2014, before the US markets open.
The Company will be hosting a conference call at 9:00 am ET (6:00 am PT, 14:00 UK time, 16:00 Israel time). On the call, management will review and discuss the results and will be available to answer questions.
