Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

     Repairs on the Navajo Refinery’s fluid catalytic cracking unit (“FCC”), which had been shut down for repairs as reported by Holly Corporation (the “Company”) in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed May 19, 2008, were completed on May 23, 2008. The FCC was restarted on May 23, 2008 and is now operational.
