We reported sales of $20.1 million for the quarter ended November 30, 2001 compared to $28.5 million for the same period in fiscal 2001. Our net loss for the first quarter of 2002 was $19.1 million, or $0.33 per share, compared to net earnings of $7.5 million, or $0.16 per share, for the same period last year. Gross margin, including an inventory write-off of $3.5 million, amounted to 37.8% of sales for the first quarter of 2002 compared to 63.9% of sales for the same period in 2001. Excluding this non-recurring charge, gross margin would have reached 55.1%, in line with our expectations based on actual sales for this quarter.
