Item 5.02.		Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

     Thomas Spade has resigned as Vice President of Worldwide Sales effective April 4, 2007. Mr. Spade will continue to provide services to the company during a transition period as we look for his replacement. The company would like to acknowledge and express its gratitude for the many contributions Mr. Spade has made and we wish him the best in his next endeavor, a start-up company he is excited about joining.
