Revolutionizing Governance with a Bold Vision: Owolabi Salis Unveils "Equitocracy - Diversity-Based Democracy"
Equitocracy- Diversity Based Demography

Owolabi Salis, a multijurisdictional and multi-award-winning attorney, research professor, and advocate for political equity, announces the release of his groundbreaking new book, “Equitocracy – Diversity-Based Democracy.” This innovative work introduces a revolutionary framework for inclusive governance designed to address persistent issues of political marginalization, ethnic rivalry, and religious tensions, among other political vices.

In “Equitocracy – Diversity-Based Democracy,” Salis offers a fresh political model that seeks to eliminate systemic vices present in many democratic practices, such as domination of interests, vote-rigging, incumbency override, political violence, impunity and so on. It emphasizes proportional representation and equitable participation from all diverse interests, ensuring fair opportunities for leadership across diverse zones. According to Salis, adopting this model will help neutralize hate, crises, corruption, fraud, political impunity, et cetera, paving the way for national peace and unity.

This bold vision resolves the complexities of religious, ethnic or other forms of diversities, fostering cooperation and healthy competition. With real-world examples, Salis provides practical insights into creating a new political landscape that empowers citizens, restores trust in leadership, and eradicates toxic practices undermining democracy.
