EmployBridge Names Colin Mooney Chief Transformation Officer

New executive leader to focus on driving digital strategies to optimize employer and candidate experience

EmployBridge, a leading provider of technology-enabled, light industrial workforce solutions in the United States, today announced it has named Colin Mooney as Chief Transformation Officer. In this newly created role, Mooney will immediately assume responsibility for implementing the company’s digital strategies to enhance the candidate experience and for building out service capabilities to continue bringing high-performance workforce solutions for customers.

“Colin is a recognized digital transformation expert and his experience leading strategic innovation efforts within our industry will be a tremendous asset to our team during a pivotal growth phase for our company,” said Billy Milam, Chief Executive Officer of EmployBridge. “We are thrilled to welcome him to our executive leadership team in this strategic role.”

Mooney joins EmployBridge from Robert Half, where he served as Chief Digital Officer. In this role, he led the implementation of their multi-cloud sales and service business transformation strategy, including the design and delivery of an industry-leading candidate mobile app. Mooney also led their business transformation function, which was a strategic investment portfolio set up to drive marketing, product development, AI, CRM, and other technology innovations. Prior to his executive role at Robert Half, he served as a Senior Director of Strategic Innovation at Salesforce and as Director of Client Services at Carma.

“I welcome this opportunity to join EmployBridge during a time of strong growth for the company,” said Mooney. “Our transformation strategies will build on previous successes and continue to create great value for our candidates, customers and colleagues.”

Mooney joins the executive leadership team shortly after the company announced the addition of new Chief Digital Officer Don Sloan, another employment industry veteran. The two will partner closely on business-led technology strategies to support an accelerated growth phase for the company. EmployBridge has continued to expand its executive team to advance the company’s growth and technology strategies.
