FrameworkESG Joins Morrow Sodali

Morrow Sodali, the global stakeholder engagement and ESG consulting firm, today announced the acquisition of FrameworkESG, a specialty consulting firm that provides data-driven analysis and expertise to help clients reduce ESG risk, build trust and create long-term value for stakeholders. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“With this acquisition, we are uniting two pioneers in the ESG advisory space,” said Morrow Sodali Chief Executive Officer, Alvise Recchi. “This combination enhances our industry-leading Governance advisory service with expanded ESG resources and expertise to enable our corporate clients to create value at all phases of their ESG journey.”

"We are excited to build on our two decades of work by joining with Morrow Sodali,” said Kate Rebernak, Founder and CEO of FrameworkESG. “Our combined strengths will help clients reduce risk, capture opportunities, and create value for stakeholders."

Ms. Rebernak and Victor Meléndez, FrameworkESG’s President and Chief Growth Officer, will join Morrow Sodali as Managing Directors, working with Susan Choe and Bill Ultan as leaders in Morrow Sodali’s ESG Advisory practice in North America. Hiring will continue to be a top priority across the firm’s ESG practice, as client demand for Morrow Sodali’s and FrameworkESG’s services continues to grow rapidly.

With the addition of FrameworkESG, Morrow Sodali now offers companies a comprehensive set of ESG and investor-focused services that include assessment, integration, and communication work such as: strategic ESG consulting, ESG reporting and disclosure, stakeholder engagement, materiality and ratings assessments, competitive analysis and benchmarking, among others.

The acquisition of FrameworkESG continues Morrow Sodali’s strategy of building and broadening the firm’s suite of client-focused stakeholder engagement and ESG consulting services, bringing key additional ESG capabilities to the firm’s clients in North America and around the world.
