We are excited to see how these emerging leaders will shape the future of finance and drive the industry forward for years to come.”
According to Schwab Advisor Services’ latest RIA Benchmarking Study, the industry will need to hire an estimated 70,000 new professionals over the next five years to keep pace with growth and best serve clients.
