The Kemper Foundation, together with Kemper Corporation (NYSE: KMPR), announced the publication of the 2024 Community Impact Report, detailing $3.1 million in total community impact.

The report highlights support for key initiatives and community partners in Kemper’s three primary areas of support – education, health and community development. Also included are details of the Kemper Cares volunteer and ambassador programs, which encourage employees to invest their time in the communities where our employees and customers live and work, and Kemper’s Matching Gift program.

“This report is a testament to the strides we’ve made through our philanthropic programs and initiatives, support to our key nonprofit partners, and the volunteer contributions made by Kemper employees,” said Joseph P. Lacher, Jr., President and CEO of Kemper Corporation and Chairman of The Kemper Foundation Board of Trustees. “I’m proud of the dedication our team has shown to strengthen education, address health disparities, and advocate for equal access to resources in our communities.”

“Our focus is to empower communities to thrive and become stronger by understanding their needs and providing resources and support,” said Barbara Ciesemier, President of The Kemper Foundation. “With a total impact nearing $10 million since we launched our philanthropy program in 2021, we’re witnessing the meaningful difference we’re making in these communities.”
