Jackson Announces Third Quarter 2024 Common and Preferred Stock Dividends and $750 Million Increase to Common Share Repurchase Authorization

Jackson Financial Inc.1 (Jackson®) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.70 per share of common stock (NYSE: JXN) for the third quarter of 2024. The dividend on the common stock will be payable on September 19, 2024, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on September 5, 2024.

The Company also announced the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.50 per depositary share (NYSE: JXN PR A), each representing a 1/1,000th interest in a share of Fixed-Rate Reset Noncumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A. The dividend will be payable on September 30, 2024, to depositary shareholders of record at the close of business on September 5, 2024.

In addition, Jackson’s Board has authorized an increase of $750 million to the Company’s existing common share repurchase authorization, which adds to the remaining authorization of $95 million as of June 30, 2024.

Repurchases under the authorization may be made through open market purchases, unsolicited or solicited privately negotiated transactions, or in such other manner and at such times as management determines to be in compliance with applicable legal requirements. The number of common shares to be repurchased and the timing of such transactions will depend on a variety of factors, including market conditions. The Company reserves the right to amend or terminate the authorization at any time in its discretion.
