Chef Root holds years of kitchen experience in multiple prestigious restaurants. Clemson Wine Bar is looking forward to scaling up their menu a notch higher under the able guidance of Chef Root.
A highly renowned culinary professional, Chef Root brings sixteen years of experience in the restaurant industry to his new role, including cooking at Disney's Catal Restaurant in Anaheim California, Duane’s Prime Steaks, and Seafood AAA Four Diamond restaurant at the Mission Inn Hotel. His most recent stop on his culinary journey was at The Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards.
Per the statements of Dan Singletary, co-owner of CWB, they are aspiring to evolve their dining experience under the guidance and direction of Chef Root. With his extensive experience in the restaurant industry, Chef Root is poised to bring exquisite dishes to customers and elevate the Clemson Wine Bar menu to a new level of excellence.
