Murphy Law Firm Investigates on Behalf of the 197,507 Individuals whose Personal Information was Exposed in the Data Breach at BHG
OKLAHOMA CITY - Aug. 11, 2022 - PRLog -- Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach involving BHG Holdings, LLC dba Behavioral Health Group ("Behavioral Health Group" or "BHG"). On December 5, 2021, Behavioral Health Group became aware of a likely data breach involving its network. Based on a forensic investigation, BHG confirmed that cybercriminals had infiltrated its systems and gained unauthorized access to certain files, including files containing patients' personal and protected health information. According to Behavioral Health Group, cybercriminals accessed or acquired the personal and protected health information of 197,507 individuals. The personal and protected health information compromised in the data breach includes:

- Social Security numbers
- Financial account information
- Payment card information
- Diagnosis and treatment information
- Health insurance information
- Medical information
- Driver's license numbers
