Adam & Daniel Kaplan Support the Brian Moore Memorial Fund

The Kaplan brothers continued their family’s long tradition of support by raising awareness for the Brian Moore Memorial Fund.

(PRUnderground) November 4th, 2024

Distinguished professionals and philanthropists Adam S. Kaplan and Daniel E. Kaplan have proudly joined forces to support the Brian Moore Memorial Fund. The Kaplans, known for their dedication to a variety of charitable causes through their Giving Back Initiative, are now lending their voices to honor the legacy of NYPD Officer Brian Moore, whose sacrifice continues to inspire communities.

While the Kaplans have been involved with numerous causes, their support for the Brian Moore Memorial Fund is close to their hearts. The extended Kaplan family has chosen to promote the cause through volunteerism and advocacy. This dedication is reflected in their ongoing involvement in events that raise both awareness and financial support for the fund.

“Promoting the Brian Moore Memorial Fund is an honor for us,” said Daniel Kaplan. “Brian’s sacrifice represents the kind of selflessness that deserves recognition, and we are proud to be part of efforts that ensure his legacy endures.”

This commitment to the Brian Moore Memorial Fund is part of a broader philanthropic tradition for the Kaplan family. A photo of the Kaplans alongside Pappalardo’s Pizza Cove owner, Joseph Pappalardo, and their father, Stewart Kaplan, is now proudly displayed in the Massapequa pizzeria, a venue that actively supports the Brian Moore Memorial efforts, and in the illustrious Room Six of the distinguished Allergic & Asthmatic Diagnosis and Treatment Center.

Actor and Hollywood movie star Steve Guttenberg (shown with Joseph Pappalardo below) is a childhood and lifelong best friend of Joseph Pappalardo and from the community is actively supporting the cause.

Notes Adam Kaplan, “By telling Brian’s story, we hope to inspire others to take action and support the causes that matter most in their communities.”

The Brian Moore Memorial Fund was established to honor the legacy of NYPD Officer Brian Moore, who tragically lost his life in the line of duty in 2015. The fund supports initiatives that reflect Brian’s dedication to public service and his passion for helping others, particularly programs that benefit law enforcement officers and their families. Through scholarships, community outreach, and support for those in need, the Brian Moore Memorial Fund ensures that Brian’s sacrifice and commitment to protecting the community are never forgotten.

Twin brothers, Daniel E. Kaplan and Adam S. Kaplan are distinguished professionals and philanthropists. Daniel is a risk management expert whose business acumen sets him apart as a leader. Adam’s talent for consulting and depth of entrepreneurial knowledge have positioned him for success in changing markets. Through their Giving Back Initiative, the Kaplans are committed to creating a positive impact, locally and throughout the world. Their support extends to organizations including Harvard Hillel, the Jordan G. McFaull Memorial Scholarship, the Alzheimer’s Association, Autism Cares Foundation, and other causes.
