Watters: Biden's Canada policy 'put a wall' to the north while halting physical one at overrun Mexico line

The fact the Biden administration is waiting longer than the Trudeau administration in Canada to allow vaccinated residents to cross into the opposite country is somewhat akin to a border wall – like the one along the U.S.-Mexico border which President Biden executively halted in January.
