With first investment complete, Boston-based Arctaris kicks off local $20 million Opportunity Zone program

The main objectives of the $20 million fund are to support economic development, workforce training and sustainable job creation in 72 low-income designated census tracts qualyfying as Opportunity Zones within Allegheny and Westmoreland counties.
