Chris Hildebrant Cincinnati Native, Launches New Project with Morelia GroupMorelia Group is a reliable real estate investment company that develops high-end residential and commercial properties in Cincinnati. In a recent update, the real estate developer announced the launch of new projects in Oakley.

Cincinnati, Ohio – May 25, 2022 – In a website post, Morelia Group announced the launch of two retail projects in Oakley.

Chris Hildebrant Cincinnati, the group’s CEO, started by highlighting the success of Morelia Group and mentioned how fast the property development company has grown since its establishment. He noted that the group has high-end property all over Cincinnati, and they are now unstoppable. The group owns a range of shopping, entertainment, and dining developments preferred by local and international brands. After the success highlights, he mentioned that the real estate group has already launched two retail developments in Oakley.

The CEO mentioned that Crossings of Oakley is one of the new development projects. This is a 20,000 square-foot retail development located on the Northeast corner of Madison Road and Kennedy Avenue. The construction project will cost around $12 million. Christopher Hildebrant Cincinnati noted that the project is already in high demand as many clients have shown interest and contacted the company to reserve spaces.

He added that the many national and international brands wanted spaces at the Crossings of Oakley but had to accept only a few to take the available rooms. Swenson’s, a top restaurant in Cincinnati, is one of the big clients that have shown interest in opening another branch at the retail development once it’s completed. Chris noted their previous developments; the Oakley Connection and Encore of Oakley didn’t offer enough space for top brands. And that is why they had to launch a new project – the Crossing of Oakley, to meet the high demand, which is still not enough. This new project will be completed by September 2022.

Cristopher Hildebrant added that the real estate company is also building a multitenant development at 4710 Madison Road. He also mentioned that they have another multimillion project, The Oakley Parke, that will cost around $18 million. Once they are done with the Crossings of Oakley, they will start constructing the Oakley Parke. But the CEO said that the project will likely be completed by September 2023. Morelia Group will build, own and manage these properties. But they are working closely with GE Credit Union to finance the projects.

The CEO concluded by saying that it has not been easy, but working together as a team has enabled them to build high-end retail developments with high demand. They will continue doing excellent work to ensure brands and businesses find space while customers find the best places to shop, dine, live, and have fun.
