Solid Earth launches New Pensacola MLS Site

New consumer data will generate more leads for agents with new MLS site

DENVER - June 1, 2022 - PRLog -- Solid Earth, a wholly owned subsidiary of TRIBUS that focuses on the software needs of MLSs and Real Estate / Realtor Associations, recently launched another new MLS public facing website for the Pensacola Association of REALTORS® (PAR) Multiple Listing Service.

"We're tremendously excited about the makeover our public-facing MLS will receive under the direction of Solid Earth. We continually look for ways to enhance our members' and the publics' user experience, and Solid Earth will help us do just that!" said Chuck Michaels, Chief Executive Officer of PAR.

The site is the first to use Solid Earth's new Horizon theme, which utilizes the TRIBUS' RESO Web API. The WebAPI offers MLSs and Associations a compliant way of aggregating and normalizing data across MLS Software vendors. This affords Pensacola MLS faster and many more capabilities than other systems that are out there.

"This is a huge upgrade for Pensacola MLS! Previously, Pensacola's old vendor was unable to keep up with the various changes mandated by NAR as well as even minor data changes from their MLS platform vendor. Requests that they said would take months, we were able to execute in hours. This was a huge part behind our initiative behind acquiring Solid Earth, to not only offer MLS many more capabilities but build the most comprehensive tech platform for brokers which are completely integrated with their MLS and Association and help each party work better together," said Eric Stegemann, CEO of TRIBUS.

This integration brings an extra value to all members at no additional cost to them. This Solid Earth site helps generate free leads directly to the listing brokerage and their agents.  In the short time the Pensacola MLS site has been live, it's already produced hundreds of free leads for members. In addition, it brings more free exposure to their listings which can help generate more offers.

"Agents love the free leads and extra publicity. It strengthens the engagement between brokerages and their teams as well as their clients while keeping them ahead of the curve," said Roger Anderson, Solid Earth's Director of Projects.

Additional features to note include Solid Earth's ad program, which is helping leverage the volume of traffic that these public websites receive by putting dollars in the hands of MLS and Associations. For many Solid Earth clients, their entire fees for services are covered and in some cases tripled by this ad revenue!  Pensacola MLS is well on their way to having their entire costs for the Solid Earth website covered by their ad revenue!

Serving more than 100,000 real estate professionals, Solid Earth is the nation's leading provider of front-facing MLS websites to Associations, MLSs, and state / regional data shares. On the heels of a partnership with Pensacola MLS, Solid Earth has recently signed deals with two other statewide MLS initiatives which encompass an additional 20k users.
