Third Season of 'Title Talks' Podcast Launches, Hits 10,000 Listens

SARASOTA, Fla. - June 9, 2022 - (Newswire.com)

Title Talks, the podcast from PropLogix, has launched its third season and hit the 10,000-all-time-listens milestone.

The podcast, which was first launched in 2020, focuses on complex and pressing issues affecting the title industry by interviewing the industry's most influential and insightful players.

Season three begins with a deep dive into strategies for working better with homeowners' associations, a common point of frustration for title professionals, especially in the Florida markets.

The show also has a new host, Lindsey Gordon. Gordon, who created and produced Title Talks, is at home behind the microphone as a former broadcast journalist and the director of communications for PropLogix.

"We set out to make a show that would help title professionals. Even if we had 10 listeners, we would have been happy, but we frequently run into title agents at conferences who say they love Title Talks and listen all the time. The response has been better than we could have hoped for," said Gordon.

New episodes of Title Talks drop on Wednesdays on a bi-weekly basis. Episode 37: How to Have Better Interactions with HOAs is available to listen and subscribe to on SpotifyApple PodcastsGoogle Podcasts, and Stitcher
