Premier Sotheby's International Realty has shattered several local real estate records. Representing multiple top area sales, the Guenther and Williams Team, of the brokerage's Poinciana office, have continued to dominate the market in the renowned Grey Oaks and Estuary at Grey Oaks communities. The top-producing team consists of Dan Guenther and Melissa Williams.

Exclusively marketed and sold by the duo, the highest-priced sale ever recorded in Tiburon's Serafina neighborhood closed for $2.895 million on June 16, a golf-front estate located at 2904 Tiburon Boulevard East. The team also brought the buyer to the most expensive sale in the history of Lucerne in the Moorings, a remodeled bayfront penthouse at 3100 Gulfshore Boulevard North #601 that sold for $2.830 million in April. Karen Van Arsdale, of the brokerage's Broad Avenue office, represented the seller.

Within the Grey Oaks Country Club, the team brought the buyer to the highest-priced sale ever recorded in the Miramonte enclave at 2229 Miramonte Court, a four-bedroom, coastal-contemporary residence that closed in March for $5.499 million. They hold the record for the most expensive sale in the history of Grey Oaks, an $11.1 million lakefront home located at 1264 Osprey Trail that sold in January of 2021 in which they represented the buyer.

Dan and Melissa also brought the buyer to the highest-priced sale in the Marsh Wren neighborhood of Estuary at Grey Oaks, a four-bedroom-plus-den remodeled estate located at 1548 Marsh Wren Lane that closed for $3.6 million in February. The team also listed and sold 1338 Noble Heron Way, an elegant golf-front villa and the most expensive sale ever in Noble Heron of Estuary at Grey Oaks that sold in January for $2.950 million.

"These exceptional residences offer access to an array of unrivaled amenities and countless area attractions in an idyllic setting," said Dan Guenther and Melissa Williams. "They each commanded a record sales price, which is a testament to the strong demand for Naples' luxury lifestyle."
